Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM each session

Day 1: Wheel Throwing (2 Hours)

Get hands-on with the pottery wheel and create four mug forms using 1 lb of clay for each piece.

During this session you will:

• Learn the basics of wheel throwing

• Shape four mug forms on the pottery wheel

• Work with clay that is pre-centered for a smoother learning experience

• Wire off each piece and transfer it to wooden bats for even drying

By the end of the first session, you'll have four freshly thrown mugs ready for finishing.

Day 2: Trim, Handle & Personalize (2 Hours)

Return once your pieces have reached the perfect stage for refining.

During this session you will:

• Trim and finish all four mugs

• Pull and attach handles

• Add your signature or personal mark

• Choose from 6 glaze color options for your finished pieces

After glazing and firing, your handmade mugs will be ready for pickup.
