While we always do our best to ensure every piece turns out beautifully, ceramics can sometimes be unpredictable.
Factors such as glaze inconsistencies, clay reactions during firing, or kiln-related issues can occasionally affect the final result.
Unfortunately, these are natural parts of the ceramics process and are sometimes beyond our control.
If your piece did not turn out as you expected, we completely understand how disappointing that can feel.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@artimebarro.com, and we’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution. This may include scheduling a remake or offering a partial refund.
Our goal is always to make things right and ensure you have a positive and enjoyable experience with us. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience.
