The Mosaic Revival Workshop: Turning Broken into Beautiful
Inspired by the mindful art of reimagining what was once considered waste, this workshop is centered around creating mosaic tile art using recycled ceramic pieces—fragments of pottery that were destined for the trash but are now given a second life through your hands.
Rooted in the spirit of renewal, this workshop encourages participants to explore the power of transformation. Just as traditional mosaic work has long been a celebration of assembling the broken into something whole, this practice embraces imperfection, storytelling, and sustainability. Each piece of pottery used has history—fired, glazed, shaped—and now offers itself to become part of a vibrant new design.
You’ll be guided step by step through the process of arranging and creating your own unique mosaic tile art piece. Whether you choose to make something decorative or symbolic, your work will serve as a reminder that beauty can be rebuilt, piece by piece.
All ceramic fragments are studio waste—rescued and reused with intention, making this workshop not just creative but also earth-conscious.
We ask that you join us in being fully present by putting away all electronic devices during the workshop. This is a no-transaction space where the focus is on connection—to your materials, your process, and your imagination.
