Overview:
This workshop is a creative and engaging Sensory Art experience where participants will relax and find their center with a sound bowl meditation. Then design and create their own art journals. This workshop is designed to foster relaxation, creativity, and self-expression in a supportive environment.
Workshop Description:
During this 2-hour guided session, attendees will first clear their mind with a mini sound bowl session - setting intentions for the journey they are creating.
Each attendee will receive a 4x4 mini journal and will be able to select from a variety of rocks, shells, crystals, charms and other materials to design each journey. We will explore various mixed-media techniques to personalize their art journals.
For return journiers - you are welcomed to make another journal but we also encourage looking inward - using tips on designing the insides of your journal- suggestions such as, collage, painting, drawing, and written reflection.
All participants will leave with a unique, handcrafted book that serves as both an artistic expression and a mindful practice tool.

Introduce participants to the concept of art journaling as a creative and therapeutic outlet.
Design your journey inside + out
Encourage participants to create meaningful visual narratives through color, imagery, and writing.
Build community through shared creative exploration.
Structure of the Class:
6:30 PM - 6:45 PM: Welcome + Introduction to Art Journaling
6:45 PM - 7:15PM: Sound Bowl - Creation Meditation
7:15 PM - 8:15 PM: Create your Journey
8:15 PM - 8:30 PM: Reflection, Finishing Touches & Wrap-Up
Note:
Arrive a little early (6:15PM) to choose your center stone + sit in soothing sound vibrations
