Stay Centered Yoga: A gentle experience for creativity, presence, & grounding
Life in Los Angeles moves quickly. Between busy schedules, constant stimulation, and the pressure to stay productive, it’s easy to feel disconnected from your body and from yourself. Stay Centered Yoga was created as a simple, welcoming space to slow down and reset — together.
This gentle, all-levels yoga class focuses on practical tools for feeling more grounded: steady breathing, easy movement, and time to pause without distraction. The practice is designed to help release built-up tension, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of balance that you can carry with you into the rest of your day.
This class isn’t about performance or pushing your limits. It’s about showing up as you are and moving at a pace that feels supportive. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply looking for a calmer way to start your Sunday morning on the Westside, you’ll feel at home here.
Practicing in community at ARTime BARRO in Santa Monica, Stay Centered Yoga offers a chance to reconnect not just with your breath and body, but with a shared sense of presence. The atmosphere is relaxed, inclusive, and intentionally small, allowing for a more personal and supportive experience.
The class is led by Cadine Navarro, an experienced yoga and mindfulness teacher whose approach is thoughtful, grounded, and accessible. Drawing from Kundalini-inspired practices and contemplative traditions, Cadine guides students through a steady, calming practice that supports both physical ease and mental clarity.
